Clarity
Openess and clarity is very important. It is necessary to live by these values, when you want
to achieve the goals together with your client. Agreement is agreement and stick to it, unless
agreed upon otherwise. I believe in stating my opinion whenever I am asked and even if I am not asked, but only
when it is benificial to the customer or project.
Passion
The customer notices my conviction and enthusiasm, he considers it to be distintive. I make sure
I leave a positive image of myself as well as the environment I work in.
Skills
It is my professional skills, which makes the customer decide, they want to make use of my services.
The larger part of the customers indicate that they decide upon hiring a consultant based on
the professional skills. In a survey this is one of the top three reasons. I make sure to
use the appropriate knowledge and skills, share the knowledge and make sure it is
up-to-date.
Fun
Motivation and satisfaction on the job are inevitable conditions for the
quality of the delivered services. I take pride in distinguishing myself through
my joy, dedication and enthusiasm. I make it one of my aims to work actively towards
an enjoyable work atmosphere.
